Refund policy
- Re-ship policy - If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or invalid address, or if the package is refused by the intended recipient, we can ship the item(s) again one additional time per the customer's request. Shipping and handling charges for a reshipment apply and will be charged via invoice to the customer. Item(s) will be shipped again upon receipt of payment.
- Free Shipping policy - Free Shipping applies to gift boxes that are purchased online, through our website only. Free Shipping does not apply to Corporate Gifts, Wholesale Orders, Wedding & Event Orders or other custom or bulk orders.
- Refund policy - Any requests for refunds on boxes that get returned to us due to an incorrect or invalid address may be honored and refunded in the amount of the box, minus the cost of the original shipping label.
- Damage Policy: Almost Famous Popcorn Company is not responsible for any products that may get lost or damaged during shipping. In the event that your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping provider to file a claim.
- Order Processing Time: We do our best to process all orders in a timely manner, however, some orders may not be fulfilled, shipped or delivered on some weekends or holidays. We cannot guarantee delivery on or by an exact date.
- Chocolates: Please keep in mind, when shipping to locations that are experiencing warmer temperatures, any flavors that include chocolate may be affected. Almost Famous Popcorn Company is not responsible for any products that may have their quality affected due to weather.
- Allergen warning: Please be aware that our facility processes nuts, soy and dairy.

Customer Notes: Customer notes that contain language that may be deemed inappropriate or offensive will not be included in orders. Profanity and derogatory terms will not be shared.
